Free Barber Appointment App with Walk-In Queue
A free barber appointment app lets a barbershop take booked cuts online and manage walk-ins in the same place. Yesodi Appointments provides a booking page, a live walk-in queue, and automatic reminders, with no signup required to start.
How the barber booking page works
Set the shop hours and list each service, such as cut, beard trim, or cut and shave, with its length. Share the booking page link from a profile or a message. Clients pick an open slot and confirm, and the cut is added to the calendar automatically. Because most barbershops also take clients who walk in, the live walk-in queue records arrivals and shows their order next to the booked slots, so the whole chair schedule sits on one screen.
Mixing walk-ins with booked cuts
A barbershop rarely runs on bookings alone. Some clients reserve a time and others drop in when they pass. The walk-in queue lets a passing client be added in real time and placed in the correct order, so a walk-in does not jump ahead of someone who booked. Staff see the next client at a glance rather than tracking names on paper, which keeps waiting fair during a busy afternoon.
Fewer missed cuts
An empty chair is lost income for a barber working on a schedule. Automatic reminders sent before each appointment reduce the number of clients who forget. A booking page that is open at all hours lets a client reserve a slot late in the evening, so the next day starts with a fuller book rather than gaps to fill by phone.
Open Appointments on Yesodi →Is the barber appointment app free?
Yes. A booking page, the walk-in queue, and reminders with Yesodi Appointments are free to use.
Can it manage walk-ins and bookings at once?
Yes. The live walk-in queue shows arrivals in order alongside booked cuts, so a barber runs both from one screen.
Do clients need to install anything?
No. The booking page opens in a standard web browser, so there is nothing for a client to download.
How does it cut no-shows?
Automatic reminders are sent before each cut, so fewer clients forget their slot.
