Price the outcome, not the hours

THE IDEA
If your work saves a business a thousand dollars, charging a hundred is a bargain, however long it took. Anchor your price to the value you create, not the time you spend. Time-based pricing punishes you for getting faster and better at your craft.
FIND THE VALUE
Ask what changes for the customer when the job is done: more leads, less risk, hours saved. Price a fraction of that.
SAY IT IN OUTCOMES
"I charge for the leads those two hours bring you" lands better than "I charge for two hours."
