Say what you do before you say who you are

THE IDEA
"We help X do Y" beats "Founded in 2019, we are a leading provider." A stranger should understand the benefit in the first line, then care about your story in the second. Write for the reader, not for yourself.
REWRITE LINE ONE
Start with the customer and the change you create. Move dates, awards, and history further down.
CUT THE FILLER
Delete "leading," "innovative," and "world-class." Replace each with a specific, checkable fact.
