Swing Grapple
A swing grapple is a type of grappling attachment used in forestry and material handling equipment that swings or rotates to grab, hold, and move logs, branches, or other materials. It's commonly mounted on excavators, loaders, or cranes.
Swing grapples are primarily used in logging operations to grab and handle logs, in landscaping to move branches and debris, in recycling facilities to sort materials, and in construction for moving and organizing heavy materials on job sites.
A swing grapple has the ability to rotate or swing side-to-side, allowing operators to grab and position materials at different angles without moving the entire machine, whereas a standard grapple typically has limited or no rotational movement.
