Omri Caspi invested his $18 million NBA earnings into a venture capital firm called Swish Ventures focused on AI and cybersecurity, making highly successful investments in companies like Cognition and Upwind Security that dramatically increased in value.
Omri Caspi is the first NBA player ever from Israel, entering the league in 2009, and is known as a Sacramento Kings legend who won a championship with the Warriors in 2017.
Through Swish Ventures, Omri Caspi invested in Cognition when it was valued at $150 million (now worth $26 billion) and Upwind Security when it was valued at $65 million (now valued at $3 billion).
