Games on Yesodi
Games on Yesodi let members play against each other or on their own using Yesodi coins. The platform offers head-to-head wagered games and solo arcade games.
Two kinds of games
Yesodi separates games into two groups. Chess and trivia are head-to-head games played against another member. Snake, Tetris, 2048 and memory are solo arcade games played on the player's own screen.
Head-to-head wagered games
Chess and trivia use a 25 coin wager. Each player stakes 25 coins, which forms a pot of 50 coins. The winner takes 40 coins, a draw refunds 20 coins to each player, and Yesodi keeps a small rake.
Solo arcade games
Snake, Tetris, 2048 and memory are single player arcade games. Each play costs 5 coins. These games do not require an opponent.
How coins are used
Coins are an optional internal credit on Yesodi. Games use coins to wager or to start a play. Coins are not required to publish work or to be found on Yesodi, and games are a separate use of the coin balance.
Playing with other members
Head-to-head games connect two members in a single match. The result of a chess or trivia match decides how the pot is split. Solo arcade games are played alone and are scored per play.
