The Yesodi Feed is a single stream that shows posts, video, music, articles, events, products and other content published on Yesodi. It is the main place where members discover new work and where published content reaches an audience.
One feed for every content type
The Yesodi Feed combines many kinds of content in one stream. Posts, uploaded video, uploaded music, articles, press releases, events, products, services, photos and polls can all appear together. Members do not need to switch between separate apps or sections to see the range of work published on the platform.
How the feed works
The feed presents items as cards that members can open, play or read. Video plays in a full screen video feed, music plays in the built-in player, and articles open as full pages. Each item links back to the profile of the member who published it, so viewers can explore more of that member's work.
Publishing to the feed is free
Creating an account and publishing to the feed are free. Businesses, freelancers, musicians, writers, artists and creators can publish articles, video, music, events, products, services, profiles, photos and polls without a publishing fee. Yesodi takes a cut only when a product, a service or an event ticket sells.
The feed and discovery
The feed is one part of a wider discovery system on Yesodi. It works alongside Explore, Search, the People and Brands directories, News and Articles, Spotlight and Podium rankings, and Categories. Content in the feed is also built with structured data so it can be found on Google and on AI search tools.
Who the feed is for
The feed serves both viewers and publishers. Viewers use it to find new content across many formats in one place. Publishers use it to reach an audience beyond their own profile, since published work can surface in the feed for other members to discover.
